In France, if your doctor has prescribed a probe or an electrical stimulator for your pelvic floor rehabilitation, you may be eligible for an annual reimbursement from the national health insurance program.

The amount you are responsible for will depend on your supplemental health insurance plan.

Please note: balloon/pressure probes such as RECTOMAX or AEROLYS ANA are not covered by this reimbursement; please contact us directly if you have any questions about these products.

You have a 15-day legal right of withdrawal to change your mind and return your product to us (at your own expense), provided the packaging has not been opened. Since these are intimate medical devices, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened—this is a matter of hygiene, not a whim on our part!

However, if it arrives damaged or defective, we’ll of course take care of it. Before returning a product to us, be sure to check our useful pre-return checklist—it might save you an unnecessary round trip.

You can place an order without providing a prescription in advance.

However, to be eligible for reimbursement from Social Security in France, you must have a doctor’s prescription.

If you’d still like to email it to us before placing your order, you can, but it’s not required.

To receive reimbursement, simply check the corresponding box when placing your order to receive the reimbursement form.

Before using it for the first time, and then after each use, wash your probe with lukewarm water and mild soap (fragrance- and alcohol-free), rinse thoroughly, and dry it with a clean cloth. Avoid very hot water and high-temperature sterilization, which can damage the silicone over time.

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll process it within 2 business days of receiving your payment, and then ship it to you.

Please allow 1 to 7 days for delivery in mainland France. You’ll receive an email as soon as the package is shipped, with a link to track its status.

Once delivered, we’ll upload the corresponding invoice to your customer account, and you’ll also receive it by email.

What sets it apart is that its electrodes are semicircular rather than fully circular.

As a result, the stimulation avoids the sensitive areas at the front of the vagina (bladder, vesical fornix, cervix), making it particularly suitable for cases of previously diagnosed prolapse.
