The ANALYS BLUE anal probe is designed for perineal and anorectal rehabilitation using electrostimulation and EMG biofeedback. Its two circular electrodes are positioned directly on the anal sphincter for standard comprehensive stimulation on both the right and left sides.

→ Safety and stability. Its length, combined with a gluteal lock, prevents the risk of anorectal aspiration. Its notches and ridges facilitate positioning and help keep the probe securely in place at the anal sphincter.

→ Biofeedback while lying down or standing. The ANALYS BLUE records muscle activity in both the supine and standing positions to develop anal awareness and control contraction during exertion.

→ Lightweight and comfortable. Weighing only 32 g, it minimizes discomfort during rehabilitation.

→ Therapeutic applications: anal and sphincter muscle weakness, phasic and/or tonic muscle strengthening, transanal puborectal muscle strengthening, overactive bladder, incontinence due to anal muscle weakness, anal hypertonia, and monitoring progress in functional recovery.

Are my products covered by Social Security?

In France, if your doctor has prescribed a probe or an electrical stimulator for your pelvic floor rehabilitation, you may be eligible for an annual reimbursement from the national health insurance program.

The amount you are responsible for will depend on your supplemental health insurance plan.

Please note: balloon/pressure probes such as RECTOMAX or AEROLYS ANA are not covered by this reimbursement; please contact us directly if you have any questions about these products.

Can I return a product if it doesn't suit me?

You have a 15-day legal right of withdrawal to change your mind and return your product to us (at your own expense), provided the packaging has not been opened. Since these are intimate medical devices, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened—this is a matter of hygiene, not a whim on our part!

However, if it arrives damaged or defective, we’ll of course take care of it. Before returning a product to us, be sure to check our useful pre-return checklist—it might save you an unnecessary round trip.

Do I need a prescription to place an order?

You can place an order without providing a prescription in advance.

However, to be eligible for reimbursement from Social Security in France, you must have a doctor’s prescription.

If you’d still like to email it to us before placing your order, you can, but it’s not required.

To receive reimbursement, simply check the corresponding box when placing your order to receive the reimbursement form.

How do I clean and maintain my device?

Before using it for the first time, and then after each use, wash your probe with lukewarm water and mild soap (fragrance- and alcohol-free), rinse thoroughly, and dry it with a clean cloth. Avoid very hot water and high-temperature sterilization, which can damage the silicone over time.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll process it within 2 business days of receiving your payment, and then ship it to you.

Please allow 1 to 7 days for delivery in mainland France. You’ll receive an email as soon as the package is shipped, with a link to track its status.

Once delivered, we’ll upload the corresponding invoice to your customer account, and you’ll also receive it by email.
